Pan of noodles and broccoli
For this Asian-flavored pasta dish, the noodles are sautéed with broccoli and chillies over high heat in the wok and then seasoned with mung bean sprouts, lime and soy sauce.
Ingredients
Main course For 4 people
200 g of wheat noodles, eg. Green Veggie Noodles
600 g of broccoli
2 chillies
oil for browning, e.g. wok oil
2 limes
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
40 g of mung bean sprouts
How to proceed
Preparation:
approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle al dente following the instructions on the packaging. Pass them under cold water. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and boil them al dente in the steamer basket. Halve the chillies lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.
Pour the oil into a pan or wok and brown the tagliatelle, broccoli and chillies over a high heat. Halve the limes and squeeze half. Season the noodles with the lime juice and soy sauce.
